By completing payment I agree to terms below.

By enrolling your child (“Student”) in Reading with a Rapper Academy (“Academy”), the undersigned parent or guardian (“Parent”) hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions: Drop‐off is permitted at the scheduled start time for the Student’s class; Students arriving after their scheduled start time may be refused admission for that day. Pickup must occur at the scheduled end time of the Student’s class; any Student not collected within 15 minutes after the scheduled end time will incur a late‐pickup fee of $10 per 15‐minute interval, payable upon arrival.

 

Only individuals designated in writing by Parent will be permitted to collect the Student; photo identification may be requested. Tuition and fees are due on or before the first day of each calendar month; any payment received after the 5th of the month will incur a $25 service charge. All tuition is non‐refundable and non‐transferable; no make‐up sessions, credits, or refunds will be provided for Student absences, early withdrawal, or holiday closures unless mandated by law. Parent certifies that the Student is free from communicable illnesses upon arrival; the Academy reserves the right to send home, at Parent’s expense, any Student exhibiting symptoms of illness or injury.

 

In the event of a medical emergency, Parent authorizes Academy staff to secure medical treatment for the Student and agrees that all costs associated with such treatment are Parent’s sole responsibility. Parent releases and holds harmless the Academy, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims or liability for personal injury, illness, or property loss or damage arising out of or in connection with Student’s participation in Academy activities, except to the extent such loss or injury is caused by Academy’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Parent agrees to indemnify and defend the Academy against any claim, demand, or liability (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Parent’s or Student’s actions or omissions. The Academy may photograph or record the Student during Academy activities for promotional or educational purposes; Parent may opt out by providing written notice to the Academy’s office at the time of enrollment.
