Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all donations, program registrations, sponsorships, event tickets, and merchandise purchases made through Legends Do Live, Inc. and its affiliated program STAR Academy (collectively referred to as “Legends Do Live,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 
Donations
All charitable contributions made to Legends Do Live are considered final and non-refundable.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, your donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and are used to further our mission of advancing literacy, creativity, and cultural education.

If you believe a donation was made in error or was unauthorized, please contact us at donations@legendsdolive.com within 10 business days of the transaction so that we may assist you promptly.

 
Program Registrations and Fees
Fees paid for programs, workshops, or events (including STAR Academy and Reading With A Rapper programming) may be refundable only if the program or event is canceled by us, or if a written cancellation request is received seven (7) days prior to the program’s start date.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

 
Event Tickets and Merchandise
Event tickets and merchandise purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or product defect.
Please reach out within seven (7) business days of purchase for any such concerns.
